Mr. Caravaca sustained a subarachnoid hemorrhage from a ruptured cerebral aneurysm which was eliminated with endovascular coil embolization. He was also diagnosed with a second unruptured cerebral aneurysm which was treated preemptively by coil embolization, using an intracranial stent.
